We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with tags intact. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer, not to a card (as no card payment was made). Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note: items marked as final sale, and products that show signs of use or damage not caused by us, are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
